Seba blouse

Seba is crafted in a delicate embroidered cotton silk fabric. Inspired by vintage blouses, Seba features an oversize neck frill that drapes softly over the shoulders. The blouse has fluid voluminous sleeves with a romantic frilled cuff that is trimmed with a delicate cotton lace edge. 

Seba is a short length blouse that emphasizes the upper waist and features a back opening with shell buttons. It comes with a removable strap lining top, also made in cotton silk.
