1. When will my order ship?
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays. You’ll get a shipping‑confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
2. How long does delivery take?
Approximate delivery windows are:
- Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- UK & EEA: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–14 business days (customs permitting)
3. How much is shipping?
Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes – we currently ship from Switzerland to most countries. If your region isn’t listed at checkout, email us and we’ll do our best to help.
5. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Parcels sent outside Switzerland may incur local duties, taxes or handling fees once they reach your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your customs office before ordering.
6. How can I track my parcel?
Your shipping email contains a tracking link so you can follow the journey in real time. Haven’t seen it within four business days? Drop us a line at info@hforharmony.com and we’ll resend the details.
7. What is your return policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging. Sale items and samples are final sale. Return postage is at the customer’s expense, using a tracked service.
8. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@hforharmony.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and next steps. For a different size or style, place a new order after your refund is processed.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our team approving the return. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post the credit.
10. Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted gateway.
11. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists exact garment measurements (bust, waist, length). Compare these to a similar item you own or measure your body with a tape and leave 2–3 cm ease. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email or DM us for personalised advice.
12. What fabrics do you use?
Our pieces are crafted from natural fibres like cotton, linen and wool, chosen for breathability and comfort. Composition details are shown on every product page.
13. How should I care for my garment?
Most items prefer gentle, cold‑water hand‑washing, mild detergent, flat drying in the shade and a light iron/steam. Always check the care section on the product page first.
14. Where are your clothes made?
H for Harmony is a Swiss‑based slow‑fashion label that celebrates cross‑cultural craftsmanship. We work with small, ethically run ateliers in India that specialise in traditional embroidery and hand‑looming techniques.
15. Do you offer custom orders or bridal pieces?
If you have a special request (e.g., extended sizing, bridal whites, or unique embroidery), email us with your vision and timeline and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.
