Refund policy

At H for Harmony, we want you to love your purchase. Please read carefully, as return rights differ depending on where you are ordering from.

For Swiss customers

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged or incorrect.

For EU customers

In line with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

  • You must notify us within this 14-day period that you wish to return your item.
  • You then have an additional 14 days to send it back.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged, or incorrect.
  • We will refund the product price and the original shipping costs once the return is approved.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return (Switzerland or EU):

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that you must cover return shipping costs (unless defective/damaged item) and use a trusted, tracked service. Returns sent without prior authorization or without tracking will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, you must provide photo or video evidence of the defect/damage within 24 hours of delivery.

If a return is required, the item must be sent back to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Refunds cannot be granted without the return of the product.

H for Harmony will cover the return shipping costs only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Once the returned item has been inspected and the issue confirmed, we will issue either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement item (subject to stock availability).


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Design samples

If unsure, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to provide personalized fitting advice or extra details about the item you wish to purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (at your expense, unless defective/wrong) and then place a new order once the return is approved.

 

Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
