At HforHarmony, we aim to deliver your beautiful, handpicked pieces with care and as swiftly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping, including processing times, delivery options, and more.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Exception: In rare cases, if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. We will not ship partial orders unless you request it.

Please note: During peak periods or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended, but we do our best to keep delays to a minimum.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship from Switzerland to the following countries:

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 2–4 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • UK & EEA Countries: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain threshold, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep. If you haven’t received tracking details within 4 business days, please contact us at info@hforharmony.com.


Shipping Delays

While we partner with reliable carriers, shipping delays due to weather, customs, or other external factors may occur and are unfortunately out of our control. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure to double-check your delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@hforharmony.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant details. We’ll help you resolve the issue promptly.
